Stay-at-home Mom? Yes, although I prefer the title "CEO of Our House, Inc." I'm trying my best to raise three happy little kids, manage our home, learn to cook, and be a good wife to my hard-working husband. It's a juggling act that is the most challenging job I've ever had. No raises. No accolades. But plenty of hugs and kisses.

Menu Plan: Week of 9/20/10
A few meals didn't get made last week so are carried over to this week. We're mostly eating from the pantry and freezer again, which provided for only grocery shopping for necessities this past weekend (fruit, bread, milk, and cheese).
Here's what's on our menu this week:
Breakfasts:
Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes (freezer), bananas
French toast (leftover from the weekend)
Honey crunch granola with yogurt and stawberries
cold cereal and toast
Lunches:
Tomato soup, grilled cheese, grapes
PB&J, carrot sticks, pretzels
Cheese quesadillas, apple slices
leftovers
Suppers:
Monday: husband won't be home so the kids and I will likely have sandwiches
Tuesday: Taco Mac and Cheese (carryover from two weeks ago - made with ground turkey instead of beef), lettuce salad, fruit
Wednesday: CrockPot Chicken (carryover from last week), baked potatoes, green beans
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie (with leftover chicken), lettuce salad
Friday: Clean out the fridge night
Saturday: Three Cheese Ziti (freezer), breadsticks, orange slices
Sunday: Homemade pizza, lettuce salad
Extras and baking:
Granola bars
Banana bread

Menu looks great! I do have the recipe for the banana bread pudding. We personally did not care for it, but if you want to try it, I'll be happy to email it to you. I know you gave me your email when you won the giveaway, but I don't have it anymore. Email me at domesticnerd@gmail.dom :)
