Stay-at-home Mom? Yes, although I prefer the title "CEO of Our House, Inc." I'm trying my best to raise three happy little kids, manage our home, learn to cook, and be a good wife to my hard-working husband. It's a juggling act that is the most challenging job I've ever had. No raises. No accolades. But plenty of hugs and kisses.

Menu Plan: Week of 3/22/10
Due to being too busy at work, my husband has unfortunately cancelled a ski trip he had planned for this week with his brother in Colorado. I'm sad he can't go (but the SAHM in me is thrilled he'll be around for bathtime this week!). However, I didn't have much of a menu planned for this week because I thought it would be just me and the kids. Now that our family will be all together for suppertime (hopefully!), I had to do some last-minute shopping and threw together this menu for the week. I decided to give my slow cooker another workout this week:
Breakfasts:
Peanut Butter Granola with vanilla yogurt
Banana Flax Muffins
Cereal and Toast
Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Suppers:
Sunday: Homemade pizza with (1/2 lb.) hamburger, mushroom, and onion; lettuce salad with croutons; fruit
Monday: Cheeseburger stuffed potatoes (new recipe - will make with the remaining 1/2 lb. ground beef from previous night), mixed vegetables
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Angel Chicken (didn't make it last week), frozen broccoli
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Pork Chops, roasted red potatoes, green beans with almonds
Thursday: leftover buffet
Friday: Homemade Macaroni and Cheese (new recipe), frozen peas, fruit
Saturday: Slow Cooker Turkey Chili, cornbread
